CRU Steakhouse also features a state-of-the-art meat aging room, as well as a traditional rotisserie grill to prepare open-flame cooked skewered meats, Brazilian churrasco style.
Like the food, the restaurant design is clean, contemporary and of high quality, featuring rich, warm colours almost reflecting those used in cooking: wine red candles and carpets, chocolate backed chairs, and ash hued tables and room dividers. Dark wood is also used to create a striking curtain wave along garden side windows - a work of art in itself.
To accompany the impressive cuisine, CRU Steakhouse offers a selection of over 250 exclusive bottles of wine: from bold new world reds to the finest Chardonnay's, the rarest dessert wines, and everything in between. The exceptional collection is displayed in striking glass-encased pillars around the restaurant, as well as at the intimate wine bar and in private rooms - ideal for wine tastings and cozy gatherings.
