Café Europa is located in the heart of Jianwai Soho and serves European food. It was opened on the 21st of March 2006 by Joseph Kiang and his wife Chen Li. Mr. Kiang, an overseas Chinese, born and grown up in Vienna, Austria. He has a lifetime passion for good food, wine and the art of living. Chen Li, born in Beijing, studied in the United States and while travelling around the world, she learned to love and enjoy the authentic food of different countries.

The tasty dishes are prepared by chief cook Tal Surmon from Adelaide, Australia and grew up near one of the most famous wine regions of Australia: The Barossa Valle. He was a long time chef at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Adelaide.

Café Europa also serves various breakfast and attractive business lunch set menus.
