Treat yourself to a magnificent experience in the relaxing atmosphere of the Voyager Restaurant. This all-day restaurant offers hot and cold seasonal buffets as well as freshly prepared main dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every month we serve a different menu and alternatively you may choose from our à la carte menu, which takes you on a journey with its international cuisine.

The food easily stands out from that of ordinary hotel restaurants. The wines are superb - we had a Cab. Sauv. from Chile and a Pinot Grigio from Italy, both were highly enjoyable. The dishes are amazing, very nice flavour combinations. We have Baviere beef, rare, and they had left a small bit of fat on, which tasted great. Violet mustard potatoes and the brocolli stood out as well - I have never tasted brocolli like that before. My partner had the Halibut with foam and perfectly cooked risotto. Again the flavour combinations were spot on. I would not be surprised if they receive a Michelin star soon. |
