Restaurant Vermeer

The painter Vermeer, once an owner of a Delfts Inn, would have felt himself completely at home in Restaurant Vermeer. A diversity of ornaments dating from the 17th century, like a fire place and the black and white marble tiles, give the present guests the ambiance of the gracious life of the Golden Century.

The restaurant, part of NH Barbizon Palace, consists of four connecting rooms, with an entree, lounge, an à la carte restaurant and a room with the possibility for private dinner up to 36 guests.

A private boat landing is located at the back of the restaurant. De front of the restaurant is located at the Prins Hendrikkade, opposite of the Central Station, in the hart of Amsterdam. The restaurant offers her guests complementary parking.

The restaurant, often internationally awarded by Michelin en Gault Millau, list guidance of Head Chef Chris Naylor and Maitre d hotel Niek Beute. The wine list with more than 300 wines from all over the world, offers the guest a wide variety of choice. Sommelier Simon Veldman can offer the guest a suitable wine package.
