Had an absolutely great evening. I enjoyed the food very much, i'd go back especially for the desserts. A very good price for the quality of the dishes. The black lounge room is the most comfertable i have ever been and the maroccan one is simply gorgeous. |

From the pictures, I had the impression that the restaurant was divided into several themed rooms that were separated from one another. In reality, the rooms intermingle, so sitting from the "exclusive dining"part we had a view on the 70s sitting room. In itself not a bad thing, although I had anticipated the idea of choosing a setting somewhat fondly and hadn't expected a blend of things. Also there was some rather obtrusive music, played too loudly. After a while, the music became less annoying, but we were off to a bad start.
The bread and pumpkin soup served as an amuse were excellent. However, the main course was disappointing: the caponata with the piglet rack was too salty, and the tournedos was rather bland. The wine (Merlot red housewine) was not enjoyable.
The service was kind and rather fast, but that could have been influenced by the fact that there were only four people sitting in the restaurant at the time.
Not something I'd do again. |
