Hi,
i just wanted to let the manager staff know about our experiances at Stoop Stoop.
Myself and my girlfriend have visited amsterdam twice, the 1st we where real torists and didnt understand a thing about ettcafes and so forth, until we found the boom chigargo leftlet, which informed us of what ettcafes where and how great they were for food.
we took its advice and headed into leidesplien in search of an ettcafe, only to find Stoop Stoop just around the corner and decided to give it a try, and we were very glad we did, the food your cheif prepares, all i can say is wow, we eat out a lot and are normally hard to please with food, but your chief is incredible, the food was so succulent, extremly well seasoned, and a delight to eat, i havent tasted food like that ANYWHERE in Cambridge.
Your chief(s) are gods to the kitchen.
the waiting staff are great, extremly friendly, very helpful, on our second visit we had a bit of a wait for a table as it was extremly busy, but with food like that it was well worth the wait.
i would just like to thank you and all your staff for making our trip to amstadam one of the best food experiances we have had, and we will definatly be back again.
