Ristorante pizzeria Più is situated on the Van der Palmkade in the residential complex Meander. Located on the water at the Kostverlorenvaart , this is an idyllic, car-free spot in the middle of busy Amsterdam.
Più is the youngest sister of the already 25 year successful Le 4 Stagioni in Amsterdam old south and the Oceano on the Borneokade opened in 2005. Because of our original Italian pizza-oven, the pizzas are of a Roman standard, crispy with a thin crust and richly covered. Also the other dishes on the menu, like the classic antipasti, fresh pastas and authentic Italian meat- and fish dishes are a reason to enjoy a meal at Più.
The restaurant will seat 80 people. The kitchen is opened every day from 5.00 pm. Our Italian hospitality also means the possibility to take away. During the summer months it offers a large outdoor waterfront terrace.

Great expectations, low results... The manager was terribly stressed and the food not italian at all...where was the octopus from? I suggest not to freeze the "pizza"!! |

Great expectations, I always go to the other two restaurant from the same company (4 Stagioni and Oceano), very disappointed at the end.
Low quality starters, pizza less then average, no comment about desserts, Tiramisu from AH is probably better.
Location great, interiors dark and with no defined style.
Staff is not Italian, not Italian atmosphere at all.

In general I don’t eat pizza outside Italy, but once…why not? Unfortunately we ( 35 people) received bad welcome: unpolite service, for what we eat we paid way too much. The manager is not able to take care a group of people. Nice location, very bad decorated and not enough light. |

the pizza is average and much worse than in the other two restaurants (4 stagioni and Oceano) from the same owner. But the most annoying thing was the way we've been treated by the manager,a very stressed person and not able to comunicate and manage a group of people. He burned the chance to having us there again even though we could have been his best clients since we are italian, we love pizza and going out for dinner all together very often. Great location, very bad decorated and not enough light. |

I went for dinner at Piu' this evening with some friends. I have to say that finally, being Italian, I found a place in Amsterdam where to eat real Italian food. Also, a big plus for me, the service was spotless. The pizza is a REAL Italian (Roman)pizza with a very thin, crunchy base. All the ingredients were perfect and extremely fresh. Try it, you will love it. Piu' is on top of my list!! |
