Restaurant-café Paerz is located on the Enrepotdok, just a few steps away from Artis zoo. It’s situated in an old warehouse that belonged to the former Dutch Trading Company – the building’s history is part of Paerz’s charm. The restaurant seats 45 people over two floors. In the springtime you can enjoy your drink or meal on the sunny terrace by the water. We even have our own private dock where guests can anchor their boats.

The food’s mainly influenced by French-Mediterranean cuisine, but the chefs are open to other culinary avenues. It’s no-nonsense cooking, with a range of traditional dishes and there’s always a choice to suit every guest’s taste. We offer meat, fish and vegetarian starters and main courses but the menu changes on a fortnightly basis. All our meals are homemade and we only use the finest fresh  produce ,  picking whatever looks good in season. Dinner is served from 6pm to 10pm.
