Restaurant Minevitus is located in a 650 year old town Weesp. It lies on the most beautiful canal of the town. Between the trees among the water, you can really enjoy having a drink, lunch or dinner at the terrace in front of the water.

The kitchen is typically French. On the menu you can find fine culinary food, but also "cuisine du terroir" and real Paris bistrodishes. We prefer cooking with biological ingredients, even we have biological wines.

Everything is French, even the songs are mostly French chansons.
