In the heart of Amsterdam,the Jordaan, you can find this little restaurant called the Koevoet.
The interior hasn't changed since the beginning of this century. Based on the old licence behind the bar, one can be certain of the fact that this café exists since 1889.
Because the colorfull collection of old photografs and pictures and the pleasantly quiet atmosphere you will imagine being in another century.
Mario and Piergiorgio with their traditional italian cuisine are very proud to own this unique and well-known Restaurant in Amsterdam.
Our restaurant is closed from the 24th till 27th, 31st December, 1st and 2nd January. |

Eetcafé Koevoet is perfectly located in the center of the Jordaan, just a few blocks walk. The food is excellent, the decor is comfortable and Claudio always puts on a good show!! It's my favorite Italian restaurant in Amsterdam! |

One of the places that makes you feel like home. Together with it's excellent staff, their great service, the most delicious Italian food and a wonderful atmosphere, makes this restaurant worth visiting and impossible to miss as part of the charm of Amsterdam! It's simply unforgettable! |

What a fantastic place. Best Italian food i've eaten in Amsterdam. The Burrata Mozarella is not to be missed. |

My wife and I visited Koevoet in late February 2009 and really enjoyed a thoroughly good meal, with excellent service from all of the staff. We would highly recommend it to any visitors! |
