Incanto is a restaurant with a classic Italian Kitchen. Venetian chef Simone Ambrosin is known for his pure and simple style of cooking with feeling for nuance. Every day he composes a traditional 4-course menu.
Bread, pasta, friandise and ice cream; everything is home made with the best ingredients the market has to offer. Cheese, hams and prosecco we import ourselves.
The Italian wine list contains over 150 Italian wines. There‘s also a great variety of traditionally distilled grappas.
Incanto is located on the first and second floor at Munt Square and therefore offers you an enchanting view of the flower market and canals. There is a seperate lounge with again stunning views to enjoy a sigaret or a sigar from the humidor.
Both lunch and diner menu change with the seasons. There’s also possibility for private lunching or dining. |

The food overall was well made and presented and also the service is friendly and attentive. The menu is well balanced and daily specials complimented the set menu, so there was plenty choice, even for gluten-free. It is possible to select from the chef's menu, the set menu or completely a la carte. Been there twice now and would definitely go back. Very very good. |

Excellant menu from the Chef and reasonable price, the wine is a little on the expensive side though, the time between the courses was excellant and a very relaxed evening, very frindly service and good humour, I will be be delighted to receomend this returant to me frinds. |
