What, for many years seemed a forgotten place, is now a hot spot within the Amsterdam business world.  But, the many admirers of good food and splendid ambience already knew this for many years:- Restaurant ‘Het Bosch’.

Primarily due to a unique location, with it’s magnificent view, directly on the border of the lake “Nieuwe Meer”, surrounded by the marina, plus a beautiful garden and terrace which, in the summer season, assumes a ‘Mediterranean’ atmosphere!

Perhaps, the most important attraction must be the outstanding cuisine offered by the Chef de Cuisine, Michiel Halma.  His cooking is based upon classical French cuisine, but more often then not, he lets himself be influenced by the Italian, Oriëntal, or even the American kitchen. If it is lobster, specially bred beef, north-sea fish, or even game, it  will never be a creation without an individual signature!
