Restaurant “De Jonge Dikkert”, a Dutch windmill built in 1672, offers a great variety of delicious dishes, presented to you in a modern way.

The kitchen crew at De Jonge Dikkert is highly qualified when it comes to pampering you. You will enjoy modern French Mediterranean cuisine, with a few Asian flourishes that don’t mask the classical basis. Between courses, the chefs treat you to amuses that allow you to sample their extensive palette of taste sensations. You’ll see everything from truffles to tantalizing deserts. The menu changes every two months. In addition to a considerable à la carte menu, there are also a number of prix fixe menus on offer including the Menu Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe. The wine list has international allure.

Restaurant “De Jonge Dikkert” has an enjoyable bar for drinks. The first floor of the windmill is a private dining room for lunch or diner. In summer we also serve on our terrace, attractively surrounded by hornbeam.
