A new restaurant "Bussia" has opened its doors in the Reestraat, one of the "Nine little streets" in the centre of Amsterdam.
Bussia takes its name from the famous Barolo vineyards in Piemonte, in the north of Italy.
 
The kitchen has a refined, unmistakable Italian style of cooking.
The pasta, bread and pastries are all made on the premises.
 
Bussia serves wines from all the Italian wine-producing regions, with a wide selection of Piemonte Nebbiolo.
 
As well as the restaurant, Bussia offers two private dining rooms. The Bar Room ( for up to 10 people) looks out onto the historic buildings of the Reestraat. The Gallery Room (for 14 people) is on the mezzanine floor, with both privacy and a restaurant atmosphere.
