Het Karbeel is my most favourite restaurant in Amsterdam. Don't go there for meat or fish, but for the cheese fondue ( I'm sure the meat or fish are great too, but that's not their main attraction). The fondue is great with wonderful flavours that complement each other and the service is excellent ( not something that is common in the Netherlands unfortunately). I give it a big thumbs up! |

very good service, basic decor but comfortable. I've had better fondues but the value for money more than compensates. |
